90mls 26000 Crystalline Vodka
No vermouth
Lemon spiral

In an ice filled cocktail shaker, pour 26000 vodka over ice and let drizzle through the ice to the bottom of the shaker. After 10 seconds strain gently back through ice into a chilled martini glass, garnish with lemon spiral.

A 1953 recipe, this is a true martini. Clean, elegant, strong and pure.
